Beginning with 1.1.3 ISOs are not only listed as tracks, but also as a single file. I consider this a bug, only layers with their tracks should be listed.

Ok, this is fixable. However, just reloading the tags isn't sufficient. The raw ISO info remains in the database and is still listed in Facets, for example. For me, the only thing that fixed listing of raw ISO was removing the SACD path from the music library and re-adding it. After that, everything is fine.
However, I uncovered another bug, will open a separate issue.

The inconsistencies caused by the changes in 1.1.3 are not removed easily from the library. This is what I've done:
I found you don't have to remove the tags, just move the SACD ISO out from your library location and drag it back in.
