The customer list is a little hard to read because the
customer IDs are different lengths. Perhaps we can
make two distinct columns that are each aligned to the
left, with the customer name still in alphabetical order.

I've removed the customer id from the list view, how does it
look? As having two separate columns inside a <select>, I
don't know it that is possible.
