Abstract at the ECP 2012

Our Abstract for the 24th European Congress of Pathology (ECP 2012) held in Prague, Czech Republic, was accepted as an oral presentation. Robert Reihs from the Medical University Graz, Institute of Pathology held the presentation on 9. September with the title "Challenges and solutions in the setup of a findings database for a large scale tissue collection".

We submitted a Abstract for the 24th European Congress of Pathology in Prague, Czech Republic, from 8 to 12 September 2012, in the Section 13 IT in Pathology. The Title of the Abstract is "Challenges and solutions in the setup of a findings database for large scale tissue collection"

Release status

We have finished the code cleanup, excepted for the PatientMerger. For the PatientMerger a bachelor thesis at the Graz University of Technology at the Institute for Genomics and Bioinformatics is in work. With this thesis the PatientMerger V3 will be released.
We are still working on the paper for the SAAT system, after the paper is finished we will release the software.

Startig of the public Project

The Medical University Graz, in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Biomedical Engineering IBMT is developing the SAAT - Semi-Automated Annotation Tools in the CRIP context.

We are working on a publication of the project and will provide the source code after we finished the publication. We are also refactoring the source code right now.
