RxLib:19/02/2002built -TFormStorage not found

All design time packages, D*6.dpk packages when compiled produce an error- 'Dialog'.

Error Reading Form
'Class TFormStorage not found. Ignore the error
and continue ...' like a property is missing.

From Compiler Messages Dialog:
[Error] Rxresexp.pas(209): Identifier redeclared: 'ImgList'
[Fatal Error] dclrx6.dpk(61): Could not compile used unit 'RxResExp.pas'

Suspect: 'Rxresexp.dfm' may be corrupt. ??
Can someone email me this file if it installs
correctly on your machine. =ibandyop@hotmail.com=

Note: I just upgraded Delphi D6 Professional. with update 2 (no need for update 1) on W2K,
but I don't think this has anything to do with it, because other component packages are installing correctly.

I am also having this problem.  I have just downloaded the new setup, and will attempt to install again today.  This error was occuring after an error of ImgList being redeclared.
