RxRichEdit (icons and url color) HELP!!!!

Hi,

I asked few delphi sites on the web for help, but they all can't help me.

I would give so much, if you can help me.

My problem (I use Delphi)

1.) My RxRichEdit background color has to be blue!!!! But the url links are also showed blue. So how can I change the color of the urls? This has to be possible, but how?

2.) The most important question: How can I write pictures (icons, bitmaps, gifs?) into the RxRichEdit? Nobody knows it, but I read it has to be possible. So I want write pictures into the RxRichEdit in the following way:

Text + Picture + Text

This has to be possible, hasn't it? So how do I write pictures in the RxRichEdit?

3.) How can I write manually rtf-Code into the RichEdit. That means like the following:

Text + rtfCode + Text + rtfCode +....

This question is not important, but there has to be a solution... I hope...

So, these are all my question.

I would give you so much, if you answer me (please include source code, so that I'm able to transfer the solutions easily to my application).

Thanks for your help, I hope you have the solution (because it has to be possible to add Pictures/Icons into a Text, like Text + Picture + Text (same line)).

BTW: If it isn't possible to change the urlhover-color, maybe I can edit the SOURCECODE of your RxLibrary. But where and how to edit?

Hello,

Ok i have looked into the possibilities of doing this and the simple answer is , it can be done, but its finding the time in our schedule to get ammendments like this completed.

We currently have big plans for a future release of rx Library with a lot of ammendments, new components and improvements.  Until such time this is announced we are unable to add new features to the existing library.

Development should start on the new version of Rx Library towards this end of this month and should be completed towards the middle of june.

So, will the my questions be in the next version?

Will there be a RichEdit with specific urlcover and with a simple code to include pictures or icons into the text like Text + Picture + Text.

Will you implement this, or won't you?
