We need fuel pump control.
This logic should be a separate "fuel_pump.c" file in the "controllers" section.
Open question how this should be implemented - do we need any logic at all or should the pump be constantly ON when some wire is hot. Needs to be investigated.
Looks like for 1st implementation we just need to add the pin into the pins enum and keep fuel pump constantly on.
Second implementation would keep the pump on for a specified amount of time after ECU start and turn it on if there is cranking or running
