#905 GPD. Problems with form editor on linux

  1. Elements from palette cannot be dropped in canvas (neither CKeditor4 or FCKeditor2)
  2. Property view for CKeditor4 does not show tag properties sometimes. When it shows them changed values does not applied to tag. (dialog parameters works properly)
  3. FCKeditor2 does not contain dialog for changing parameters (but properties view works properly).

Encountered in Eclipse Luna and Ubuntu.

    Не получилось побороть проблемы с drag'n'drop'ом.

    Добавил возможность добавлять в выбранное место двойным кликом по элементу. (И в windows и в linux).
