#32 New tray icon

How about a cool "R", just like the icon from the .exe,
in the tray, when you minimze the program.

Not exactly what you requested... I changed the tray icon so
that it shows an R when maximised (and fixed tray icon in
prefs). I left the old traycon for when minimised as it
doesn't look right with the R and the 2 small progress
indicators... I'll see if I can come up with another icon
that looks better.
