#35 Completed files being copied to new folder not moved

I am running v0.6.9 on XP SP2.

In previous versions, when I set up a folder for
completed items, items that completed were moved to
that folder. With v0.6.9, the completed item is being
copied to the folder I have designated for completed
items but the completed item remains in the folder that
it was initially being downloaded to.

This is resulting in duplicates of each item that is
completed.
