This patch extends RUDE's configuration script syntax with a "TTL" command that allows the IP Time to Live to be set for a traffic stream. The syntax is identical to the TOS command.

I personally needed this option to perform stress testing against the ICMP-generation function of a router. Another use for the TTL option would be to set a low TTL to make sure that test traffic doesn't leak far in case of configuration errors.
