#1 Statistics Dump

Hi,

I made some updates to crude. Please consider applying
this patch to rude/crude/main.c

It adds an option -x where you can specify the number
of packets to receive before dumping the stats. Also I
updated the stats to dump MB/s and Mbs/s. E.G.

crude -s 30 -x 100000
