[RDT-Dev] Positioning information

In addition to fixing the positions that errors and warnings are reported 
(#22), I think there are two others (#26, Mark occurrences, #27, Rename in 
file) that are very dependent on accurate and precise positioning 
information.  

I think they require positioning information down to the token level, which 
JRuby does not currently provide.  Does anyone think I'm wrong about the 
need?  Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
