[Ruby-DBI-devel] patch for coercing values in Mysql.rb

Hello,

Please consider applying the following patch which adds support for
coercing values in Mysql.rb in a similar fashion to Pg.rb.  I tried to
follow the same logic that Pg.rb used where appropriate.
