Hi,

Thanks for the Ruby DBI/DBD drivers.

I attach a patch for ruby-dbi which adds fetch_scroll support for the
Postgres DBD.  The patch is against the current CVS.

I think this is a useful addition to be applied in the CVS.

I haven't joined the list at the moment so please include me in copy.
