#10 LICENSE not included in sdist

The sdist doesnt include the LICENSE file.

Also there is no test/__init__.py , so test discovery doesnt work.

And https://bitbucket.org/ruamel/ordereddict/src/default/test/test_iter2.py doesnt import pytest
