Sorry if this was asked before, but is there a way for this? I would like to host the app to use everywhere, but i really don't know if it is possible to do it.

Unfortunately, not yet. I've always meant to look into making RText run via Java WebStart, but just haven't gotten around to it. If it isn't too difficult I'll add it in the next couple of releases.
