Rsyncrypto version 1.13 released today

Hello anyone still sticking around,

I just uploaded version 1.13 of rsyncrypto to the web site. The main
difference is that rsyncrypto now supports (and, in fact, requires)
OpenSSL version 1.1.0 or later to work. There are also a bunch of stuff
developed over the 8 years (oh my god!) since the previous release, but
never making into an official release.

There are also some bad news. Due to the Visual Studio 2015 not having a
nice time importing the Visual Studio 2008 project files, at this point
in time, Rsyncrypto does not compile on Windows. If there is anyone here
who is willing to help with this, I would really appreciate it.
