New anti-spam measures on the web site

Hi all,

The web site for the project (yes, there is a web site - 
http://rsyncrypto.lingnu.com) is a wiki, which has been open to public 
anonymous editing
up until now. I have now given up. The spammers are vandalizing it too 
frequently. From now on editing is only possible for people who create 
an account. It is possible for everyone to create an account, so don't 
be shy :-)

We now return to your usual silence.... :-D
