rsyncrypto + Debian vuln?

I did my rsycrypto key creation just like the man page said to:

    openssl req -nodes -newkey rsa:1536 -x509 -keyout backup.key -out backup.crt

I probably had the bad openssl at the time.

Do I need to regenerate?  How can I tell?
