Version 0.17 released

Hi list,


Version 0.17 of rsyncrypto has just been released. The Windows
precompiled binaries should follow along shortly.


This version fixes two rather minor bugs, as well as introduce a new
text file called "INSTALL.win", which explains how to compile rsyncrypto
on Windows Visual Studio.


Also added in this version is an "examples" section in the rsyncrypto
man page. The examples take you through all the basic steps, from
creating your public key, to encrypting file names.
