Can you please let me know whether the command "rsyncrypto -d enc/COPYING dec/COPYING key/COPYING req.pem", where enc/COPYING is the file attached, completes without error? There is definitely something wrong with the encryption performed by your rsyncrypto. Now I'm trying to figure out whether at least the decryption works correctly.
