Debian's gzip supports a flag called "rsyncable". rsyncrypto relies heavily on this feature. If you want to use rsyncrypto on a system that does not provide this flag, you will need to supply the proper gzip yourself. During compilation of rsyncrypto (I'm assuming you compiled it youself), did configure complain that gzip did not have "rsyncable"? Hmm, looking throught the internet seems to suggest that Fedora DOES carry an "Rsyncable" supporting gzip. Can you please forward me an encryption quartret (plain, encrypted, key and public key) of a file that shows "Error in encrypted stream (trailer)" while decrypting (say,aes_crypt.h)? It would be very helpful to me. Thanks, Shachar -- Shachar Shemesh Lingnu Open Source Consulting ltd. Have you backed up today's work? http://www.lingnu.com/backup.html |
