Change of format

Hi all,

After some consideration, and following some of the discussion on this
list, I've decided to change the purpose of the "filelist" file. It will
no longer hold the whole meta-data. The filelist file will now only hold
the file name information. I.e. - encrypted filename, unencrypted file
name and directory seperator character.

A file format similar to the one in docs/filelist.txt WILL be used, but
as part of the encrypted file itself. For that reason, I'm not removing
the documentation, but rather just marked it as "not used".
