new version of argtable in Debian SID

HI all,


I received a question a little while back about a segfault in latest
rsyncrypto (0.14 or CVS) when not passing enough parameters on the
command line. This was a problem in argtable2.


Debian SID should now (probably starting tomorrow) carry
libargtable2-0_2.4-2, which fixes this problem. If you are compiling
your own rsyncrypto, be sure to get the latest version.
