Windows Rsyncrypto

Another congrts from me on this rsync friendly crypto
app.

Unfortunately my oBSD box is out of commission for a
while, so I downloaded the recently released windows
verion of Rsyncrypto.

I ran it from the command line and received an error
that : :dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll could not be
found in the specified path"

Hope I'm not missing something here - but would
appreciate any pointers from someone who has this
running on win32.
