#6 Support for Proxy Authentication

Hi!

I am behind a firewall, which needs proxy authentication.
I could help myself with altering the RssParser class
like follows:

URL url = new URL(channel.getURL()) ;
URLConnection connection = url.openConnection();
String password = "user:password" ;
String auth = "Basic " + new
sun.misc.BASE64Encoder().encode(password.getBytes

wouldn't it be nice to allow entering the username and
password in the proxy setup dialog?

You don't need to change RssParser. The way to do it is using
the Authenticator class available since JDK 1.2.

I already did the modification based on the 1.2.0 sources. A
new class RssAuthenticator is defined and changes are made
to RssProxySetup and RssSettings.

I will make it available to other people soon. Please could
someone tell me the way to do it ?
