I had a problem with my computer freezing twice. The last time I had a Dell tech take controll to check it out. It seems to be ok now. But I can not open rssowl. I uninstalled it twice and reinstalled it. I made sure I had the correct version of Java Runtime Environment. But it still will not open. I have IE 11. What is going on? How can this be fixed?
