#107 Allow a "Manual only" Refresh Mode

According to the issue reported here

TOPIC_ID=440&#797 we should extend the auto-refresh
mechanism to support also a "manual refresh only" mode.
Setting the default refresh rate to zero currently does
not provide the functionality wanted.

just a big +1 on this. i have quite an old laptop. auto-
refreshing more than 50 feeds quite regularily makes it hang
completely.

do i guess right that allowing a comboRefreshRate of -1 would
accomplish this?

we do now support that by setting the global Refreshrate to 0
(zero) within Options|Feeds tab.
