#448 "Length cannot be less than zero" error on startup...

After it had been running for a few days, I shut down
RSS Bandit last night to free up some memory for other
processes. When I went to restart it this morning I
got an error dialog indicating that there was an error
with a parameter named "Length". I have attached the
log file generated by these errors.

XPExplorerBar to fix that issue (CVS)
