Did you uninstall the previous version before you installed the
refresh installer? Please verify, the IEControl.dll is of version
1.1.112.29803.

BTW: the infos in the error.log are continiously written on
each error that occurs, so only the last exception report (see
date/time infos) is relevant to post here. The exception
related to IEControl.dll is
"System.MissingMethodException: Methode nicht gefunden:
Void IEControl.HtmlControl.set_SilentModeEnabled(Boolean)."

If you got other exceptions now, please open another bug
report and describe it there, please.
