#43 Remove residual risk mashes up drawing

When you create a simple trail of risks and measures and want to remove the last residual risk, the drawing goes wrong. You can find screen captures in the attachements.
Reproducible (also by other users). Steps followed:
Add initial risk  I1
I1, Add measure and residual risk  M1+F1
F1, Add measure and residual risk  M2+F2
F2, Add measure and residual risk  M3+F3
F3, Add measure and residual risk  M4+F4
R3, Delete
All measures and residual risks of this risk will also be deleted. Are you sure that you want to delete it?  OK

Ps.: The 'undo' function does not work in the above case. This makes it even more important to fix this bug

Undo still functions properly in this case. You just have to hit the Undo button twice to undo the delete.

I will look at why the connected measures/risks (below the deleted risk) are not being deleted as well.
