I have not been able to replicate this issue. I loaded the attached rro file and exported to PDF with the following browser + OS combinations:

Chrome on Ubuntu 12.04

Firefox on Ubuntu 12.04

Chrome on Windows 7 Enterprise

Firefox on Windows 7 Enterprise

IE9 on Windows 7 Enterprise

The PDF generated in all cases appears to be good.
