#1 Fixes all the huge, blatent SQL injection problems
RASH is a problem waiting to happen. I've not found a
single example of an SQL query that is properly
santitised before being submitted to the database,
hence causing the possibility of SQL injection attacks.
Also means quotes with a ' in them fail.
The below replacement index.php fixes the problem.
