#8 IE XML issues

Most versions of IE seem to have serious issues with
the DTD and its ilk(all the DOCTYPE stuff). So far i've
solved this problem on my own site by adding a user
agent detection script and simply not sending the DTD
information to IE users. the site doesn't look as nice
in IE, but seems to function just as well. Not sure if
its the best fix, but it works. Simple if you're at all
familiar with php.

Funny this wasnt discovered by working on the beta of
the site - we all use firefox. The problem didnt become
apparent until the site went live. fun.
