#6 Reported cookie problems

I've had some reported cookie problems with this
script... seems that with some users the cookie takes
24 hours to expire, despite what the setting is in the
config file. I'm not sure if this is an IE problem or
what, but it would be nice if you could fix this. If
that's not possible, then a way to turn off flood
protection would be nice. Thx :)
