#17 Trouble installing R_pore on Mac

Hello,

Downloading poRe (poRe_0.17.tar.gz) from sourceforge, the resulting file is poRe_0.17.tar.
Installing in R 3.1.2 on a Mac returns this message:
Error in install.packages : file ‘/Applications/R Packages/poRe_0.17.tar’ is not an OS X binary package

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Got it. Seems one of the settings in Safari was automatically unpacking the compression, causing the installer to fail.

All good (for) now.
