#14 Canceled new character stays in database.
When a user creates a new character through the 'new' command and either the MUD goes down, or they quit a new character is created and named 'QUIT', however when you try to create another new character through the new command RPMUD still sees it as a character in progress. This was found using the Browser version.

Ahh - I'll see if I can fix in b.74 since I want the versions (and their bugs!) to remain in sync.
