#33 menu bar missing

1. Start roxterm.
2. Check 'Show Menubar'.
3. Create a second tab.
4. Drag this tab out of the roxterm window and drop it. A new roxterm window appears but contrary to the first one it doesn't contain a menubar although it should imho. Debian unstable AMD64 here.

I reported this bug and I must say that contrary to the changelog this bug still exists in 1.18.2.

I must have missed closing this. I think I did have another go at fixing it after 1.18.2 and it is working for me now.
