Updated version of Russian translation.
* new translation for "pinboard" - selected a more adequate word,
thanks to Dimai from SPbLUG.
* fixed the form of "write-protected" so that its Russian translation is
now participle and no adeverb - and now this expression integrates
seamlessly into the phrases.
