[rox-devel] [patch] Use root pixmap if backdrop is unset

Here's a diff for pinboard.c that allows ROX to set the backdrop to the
root pixmap by getting the _XROOTPMAP_ID property set on the root window.
It worked fine for me using Window Maker and Fluxbox and it should work
with any tool (Esetroot etc.) that sets the above mentioned property.

First I wanted to use a new backdrop style, but I decided not to change
too many things at once... Anyway, I'm not sure if this feature is
welcomed. Is anybody here (except for me) who'd make use of it?
