Some time when I have a chance, I will look at this more closely. I suspect that the problem really is either (a) incorrect pathing, or (b) something not installed quite correctly during the mdk setup (would not be the first time for something like this). Per Gotz's input I am looking at the RPM packaging instructions from Mandrake, and will look at RedHat's too. That will (hopefully) assist me in detecting what isn't working correctly. Also, I hope that I'll learn enough to be able to build RPM's for my current project. :) // George |
