[rox-devel] Bug reporting, patches and suggestions.

I'd like to know if patches are welcome in the mailing list or
if the right place is the ROX Sourceforge site, and if there
is any specific place (and method) for bug reporting.
I think also that at this point of development there is the
need for a serious discussion on new features and a new TODO
list should be defined, this could help all of us to
contribute at rox devel.
