It uses libvte, so it's very much like gnome-terminal, but fortunately you can use libvte without Gnome libraries and get all the nice features like multiple tabs and URL launching. I haven't released any files, but you can download a sort of usable version via CVS. <http://roxterm.sourceforge.net>.
