[rox-users] Some programming help please

I want to make a start doing some programming for ROX and have a small
project that I want to develop.

Initially, I want to be able to take a variable length list from a file
open a window with these items shown in a form where the user can drag
them around to alter the ordering then re-save the list.

Can someone suggest the best way of doing this - without writing the
code for me! Where should I be looking for similar examples to examine?
