Are you using ROX-Session and the LookAndFeel app? LookAndFeel contains an option "Allow keybindings to be changed from menus" which you would need to have set. This option corresponds to the setting "Gtk/CanChangeAccels" in <Choices>/ROX-Session/Settings.xml If for some reason you are using ROX-Session but don't have the LookAndFeel app (which is also used to change mouse, keyboard, GTK theme, etc), you can drop out of your X session, edit the XML directly, and restart your session. You would need the following line: <Setting name="Gtk/CanChangeAccels" value="1" type="int"/> between the <Settings></Settings> tags. However, if you can change keybindings in other GTK applications -- but not ROX -- I'm not sure where the problem is.... -- Max Power |
