OK, done some experimenting, and found that the following .gtkrc-2.0 works for me: # Use the GnuBubble theme... include "/usr/share/themes/GnuBubble/gtk-2.0/gtkrc" # ...but with a less blinding background colour style "gb-new" = "gb-default" { base[NORMAL] = "#abcdef" } class "GtkWidget" style "gb-new" The trick was to use "base[NORMAL]" rather than "bg[NORMAL]", and apply the style to all widgets. Now if only there was a hotkey to eject a CD... Richard |
