RotorCrypt X*-files

RotorCrypt X-Files is a Windows encryption program that protects files and folders fully offline — no cloud, no server, no account required. Its core is the Vault: files and folders are automatically encrypted in three independent layers (optional fourth layer), stored under randomized .rcx names. Files can also be shared securely with one confirmed contact as RCX files after a one-time handshake — no password needed afterward, and any tampering is detected immediately. Content can be packaged as a self-extracting EXE with optional expiration. Uses only vetted algorithms: Argon2id, AES-256-GCM, ChaCha20, SHA3-256, Enigma rotor logic, ECDH X25519, and DoD 5220.22-M secure deletion. Free shareware version available
