Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Audiodef (audiodef) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: New audio tracks record incorrect audio input Initial Comment: I don't know what exactly is wrong, so I'm just going to describe what happens. Version: 10.06 After setting up several MIDI tracks, I started recording those MIDI instruments to audio (these are hardware synths correctly attached to my system). The first 3 audio tracks recorded fine. After that, after setting up the record connection via qjackctl and selecting the correct record input, it seems like RG is re-recording previously recorded audio tracks into the new audio track, or recording silence. While recording, I can see a signal bouncing around in the record meter. But it's either the wrong audio or silence. I'm going to see what happens after 10.04 finishes compiling and let you know if this version is also behaving this way. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Chris Cannam (cannam) Date: 2010-06-29 22:01 Message: So the signal being shown in the recording meter during recording is apparently incorrect? Not just the result after recording? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=104932&aid=3023062&group_id=4932 |
