I typically am pretty slow on pressing the stop button when recording, so I enjoy the cleanup. But a break on a beat or measure would be nice. Thanks for the views from you and everyone in this thread so far -- it would be nice to get as much feedback from users as possible about how this sort of detail could work most pleasingly, so readers, please keep it coming. My own inclination is that it would probably make sense to cut off a recorded segment at the next bar line after the end of its last event (if any). > People who do audio may have a very different opinion about all of that though. Recorded audio segments are generally handled separately, so I think any change here wouldn't affect audio recording. Chris |
