You guys may regret this. (giving me the go-ahead to look at the manual that is) I have been looking at the manual, going through and changing Rosegarden to &rosegarden; as suggested and hopefully improving style a bit. But I've also been trying some of the things in the manual as I've gone through and found a couple of glitches. Pitch split by range for piano parts. Oh how I've wanted this! But I tried looking at the new track which is made up of two "para-tracks" (sic) in the notation view, the matrix view and the events editor. While matrix and event editor open up two instances of themselves to cope with the extra para-track info the notation editor doesn't. It shows the lower clef only. I was hoping that it would behave something like selecting two tracks and getting to see both in the notation editor. This would be a useful thing to have as maybe I might not have split the notes at the right spot say at g instead of middle c and want to change it before I go ahead and cut and copy to another track. Shelagh I can if requested send the offending file for testing. -- ---------------------------------------------------------------- Jabber: she...@gm... ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
